10-120 pcs/bag Production flow:
The JBK-2000 wet wipes machine is a fully automatic production line designed for medium- to large-sized wet wipes packs. The entire process is efficient, precise, and hygienic — from raw material feeding to final packaging.
1. Nonwoven Fabric Unwinding
The spunlace nonwoven fabric roll is automatically fed into the machine. The tension control system ensures stable unwinding and smooth feeding.
2. Fabric Slitting
The wide fabric roll is slit into multiple narrow rolls according to the required wipe width. This allows for multiple production lanes, improving efficiency.
3. Moistening (Adding Solution)
A precisely controlled pump system sprays or evenly distributes the wetting solution (such as purified water, lotion, or
disinfectant) onto the fabric to achieve consistent moisture content.
4. Folding & Cutting
The moistened fabric is folded into the desired shape (Z-fold or C-fold) and then cut into individual sheets of set length.
5. Counting & Stacking
The machine automatically counts each cut piece and stacks them in groups of 30, 60, 80, or 120 sheets — depending on the pack size setting.
6. Punching,Labeling & Coding
After the puncher punching hole into packaging film, the top label is automatically applied to the film. A date or batch coding system prints necessary production information such as manufacturing date or lot number.
7. Film Feeding & Bag Making
The packaging film is automatically drawn, folded, and sealed into a bag shape. The stacked wipes are inserted into the bag precisely.
8. Gluing & Lid Pasting
After sealing, the top area is sprayed with hot melt glue, and the plastic lid (flip cap) is automatically positioned and pasted.
9. Output
The finished wet wipes pack is conveyed to the output conveyor — ready for cartoning and shipment.
