Details About Automatic Single Roll Wet Wipes Machine

Features:

1.Unwinding -The rolls of spunlace nonwoven fabric are loaded onto the machine. The unwinding system ensures stable tension and smooth feeding to prevent wrinkles or stretching.
2.Folding -The fabric passes through a series of folding plates and rollers that fold it into the desired width and layer pattern. Proper folding ensures neat roll structure and user convenience.
3.Wetting -In this stage, a precisely measured liquid formula (usually containing water, disinfectant, fragrance, or skincare ingredients) is evenly sprayed and infused into the fabric.
4. Cutting-The folded fabric is cut to the required width and prepared for the next processing step. The cutting system can be adjusted to match different roll lengths or sheet sizes.
5.Rolling-The moistened fabric is tightly wound into rolls using a servo-controlled rolling system to ensure uniform tightness and size consistency.
6.Packaging- Finally, each roll is sealed in film or canister packaging to preserve freshness and wetting. Automatic coding at this stage for date/batch number.
